The session explores the role of the amateur reviewer in developing a critical voice and vocabulary in talking and sharing about live performances. Through seminar-style discussion and group exercises, the session hopes to share strategies to transform opinions into informed viewpoints. The discussion will focus on making value-judgments through understanding, analysis, and approaches to interpretation that are useful beyond just the audience self-cognitive conversation.
