Russian playwright Anton Chekhov is considered the greatest of modern dramatists. His plays continue to fascinate and challenge directors, actors and audiences around the world.

Join Professor Michael Earley, Dean of Performing Arts at LASALLE College of the Arts, to explore Chekov’s theatrical work and his classic play, The Three Sisters. You’ll get an insight into landmark productions of Chekhov’s The Three Sisters; then, watch actors perform scenes from the play in different styles and using different acting approaches. The performance will be followed by a discussion between the audience, Professor Earley and the actors.
