Once you have purchased your SIFA On Demand tickets, look out for the email confirmation in your inbox!

NOTE: If you haven't received the confirmation email, please check your junk/spam folder.

Follow these steps to access SIFA On Demand:

Step 1: Download your e-ticket within the email.

Step 2: Click and select "Watch SISTIC Live".

Step 3:  Login to Sistic either through (1) your registered SISTIC account or (2) as a guest. Start watching!

Step 4: You can watch the shows 24/7 during the validity period!

A few important reminders:

• The SIFA On Demand videos are only available during their validity period. Do kindly check the tickets you have purchased.
  
  The screening dates are: 
  31 - 12 June for Singular Screens films and
  5 -20 June 2021 Festival Commissions, Compassion: Chamber Music Series and SIFA v2.020 programmes. Singular Screen films
  are only available for Singaporean audiences.
  
  
• If you have purchased the SIFA On Demand: All-Access Bundle of 17, you will see 17 videos for you to enjoy.
